Most of our direct suppliers can’t guarantee delivery during the holiday period for orders placed on or after 15/12/25. If you place an order on or after this date, deliveries may vary and will be delivered in line with the date listed when you placed your order.Big & Bulky Orders
Palletways have reduced hours during the holiday period. Deliveries will be made as normal up to and including 23/12/2025 for orders placed on and before 22/12/2025. If ordered between 23/12/2025 – 26/12/2025, delivery will be by 29/12/2025. If ordered between 29/12/2025 - 01/01/2026, delivery will be by 02/01/2026 (This is subject to the type of delivery you select, delivery dates will be listed and shown when you check out).Local Delivery Orders
We will have normal deliveries up to and including 24/12/2025 for orders placed on or before 22/12/2025. Orders placed between 22/12/2025 – 26/12/2025 will be delivered by 30/12/2025. Orders placed between 27/12/2025 - 31/12/2025 will be delivered by 05/01/2026.Small, Medium and Large Courier Orders
DPD, DHL, Fed Ex and DX Freight have reduced hours and collections during the holiday period. Deliveries will be made as normal for orders made on and before 22/12/25. Orders placed on the 23/12/25 – 24/12/2025 will be delivered by 30/12/25. Orders placed between 29/12/25 - 31/12/25 will be delivered by 05/01/26.Normal service will resume from 05/01/25. Deliveries will be delivered in line with the date listed when you place your order.
