Orders for 4 packs or less are offloaded by a tailgate system, kerbside delivery. If onsite mechanical offload is required, please contact us on 0208 362 8100 and we can quote you for this additional service. You must advise of any delivery restrictions, prior to dispatch, or charges may be applied if we cannot complete the transition of your order.

Orders for 5 packs or more will be delivered with a crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access.

Manufacturing Tolerance
Bricks are subject to many variances in colour and character in each individual brick, so we always recommend you work from 3-4 packs of bricks at a time in order to get the best natural colour mix.
Please note there is a 5% tolerance for breakages per pack.
