How Click & Collect Works
From placing your order online to picking it up at New Southgate in four simple steps.
Choose Click & Collect
On eligible products, select the Collect option on the product page and add the items to your basket.
Select Your Collection Slot
In the checkout, choose a convenient collection date and time at our New Southgate branch, up to 7 days in advance.
We Prepare Your Order
Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation straight away. We will then send you a text message and email when your order is ready for collection (New Southgate branch only).
Collect Your Order
When your order is ready, you can choose to collect from the car park or from the in-store Click & Collect point inside the branch.
Two Ways to Collect at New Southgate
Car Park Collection
Ideal when you want to stay in your vehicle and get back on the road quickly.
- Drive to the New Southgate car park.
- Click the link in your ready-for-collection text message and fill in your details once you arrive.
- Our team will bring your goods out to your vehicle.
In-Store Collection
Prefer to come inside? Collect from our dedicated Click & Collect point.
- Once in our New Southgate branch, proceed to the Click & Collect collection point located on the right-hand side of the store as you walk in.
- On the tablet screen, input your order number to check in.
- A member of the team will be with you shortly with your goods.

At checkout, choose your preferred collection date and time from the available slots for the New Southgate branch.
Ready for Collection
Once your order is prepared, you will receive a text message and email confirming that it is ready to collect, with instructions for car park collection if you choose it.
Collection Times and Availability
Click & Collect is available 7 days a week. Collect your order in as early as 30 minutes, subject to stock and order volume.
Collection slots can be selected up to 7 days in advance during checkout.
