How Click & Collect Works
From placing your order online to picking it up at New Southgate in four simple steps.
Choose Click & Collect
On eligible products, select the Collect option on the product page and add the items to your basket.
Select Your Collection Slot
In the checkout, choose a convenient collection date at our New Southgate branch, up to 7 days in advance.
We Prepare Your Order
Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation straight away. We will then send you a text message and email when your order is ready for collection (New Southgate branch only).
Collect Your Order
When your order is ready, it will be available for collection either from the car park or the in-store Click & Collect point, depending on the size and type of items in your order.
Two Ways to Collect at New Southgate
We recommend planning ahead and arriving with a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of your order.Car Park Collection
For car park collection, simply stay in your vehicle while our team brings your order out and loads it for you, making collection quick and easy.
- Drive to the New Southgate car park.
- Click the link in your ready-for-collection text message and fill in your details once you arrive.
- Our team will bring your goods out to your vehicle.
In-Store Collection
For in-store collection, collect your order from the dedicated Click & Collect point inside the branch, where our team will assist you with your goods.
- Once in our New Southgate branch, proceed to the Click & Collect collection point located on the right-hand side of the store as you walk in.
- On the tablet screen, input your order number to check in.
- A member of the team will come to assist you.

Click & Collect is available 7 days a week. Collect your order in as early as 30 minutes, subject to stock and order volume.
Collection slots can be selected up to 7 days in advance during checkout.
