Product Information
This Phenolic Film Faced Plywood is shuttering grade, commonly used during the setting process to help create a smooth concrete face. Manufactured using a sheet of 120gm/m² phenol-impregnated paper, hot pressed to each surface of the plywood. This produces an extremely smooth and non-absorbent panel, ideal for concrete shuttering. After pressing, the edges of the board are also sealed in order to prevent moisture ingress. If cutting is required, the newly exposed edges of the plywood should be sealed with a rubber based paint to prevent any potential swelling.
