This Zinsser Gardz High Performance Waterbased Sealer is a unique water-based sealer designed for porous and potential problem surfaces, paints and textured finishes. Designed specifically for use on crumbling, chalky and porous surfaces, this formula is deeply penetrating, drying to a rock-hard, moisture-resistant finish; this effectively protects surfaces from damage during any redecorating that follows.

Expertly crafted, this clear sealer is low-odour, can be cleaned simply with soap and water, and can even be applied to high-pH surfaces. Plus, it has an impressively quick touch drying time of only 30 minutes.

Applications for this product include: Damaged drywall, new drywall, spackling and joint compound skim coats, plaster, calcimine, uncoated wallpaper, wallcovering adhesive residue, textured paint and more.
