This Zinsser Bullseye 1-2-3 Plus White is a next-generation, water-based formula that effectively primes and seals a variety of interior and exterior surfaces with ease. It has been expertly crafted to resist re-wetting, meaning it can block water-soluble stains, which allows painting projects to be completed with just one primer. This formula is also great for blocking stains and delivers exceptional levels of adhesion and performance usually only associated with solvent-based primers.
This Bulls Eye 1-2-3 plus also contains biocide which protects your dried coating against fungal degradation and prolongs the life of your paint job, making it the perfect choice for areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms or laundry rooms. Plus, this formula delivers unparalleled adhesion and deals effortlessly with hard-to-paint interior and exterior substrates such as glossy surfaces, ceramic tiles, and non-ferrous metal.
