This Zinsser Bullseye 1-2-3 Primer Sealer is a low-odour, water-based formula that effectively primes and seals a variety of interior and exterior surfaces with ease. The 'bond coat' primer is ideal for hard-to-stick surfaces, and offers excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces without the need for sanding, whilst the white finish can be tinted towards the colour of your topcoat. This primer-sealer dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film that is perfect for painting iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work and galvanised gutters.

This Bulls Eye 1-2-3 also contains biocide which protects your dried coating against fungal degradation and prolongs the life of your paint job, making it the perfect choice for areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms or laundry rooms. This formula is also great for blocking stains, and completely seals graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt, inside and out. Plus, it's rust-inhibitive, making it effective for use on new metal; it resists rusting in its 'wet' state and provides rust resistance for the life of the coating.

Applications for this product include: Walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings, and related paintable surfaces.
