These windows also come with an integrated rain sensor which automatically closes the roof window when the weather changes, so you never have to worry about leaving the roof window open when airing out.

Created using high-quality moulded polyurethane with a stylish white lacquer finish, these pivot windows hold the ability to dramatically improve a room; they're one of the best ways to add natural light, ventilation and a feeling of openness to your under roof spaces and also make it possible to place furniture directly below the window without obstructing the operation of it.

However, this window doesn't just look the part; with the no.70 Made for Comfort glazing, you can expect rain noise reduction, laminated safety glass, protection from UV rays and extra-strength toughened glass, making it ideal for above-head installation. The window is also designed with an inner, laminated pane so that if an object was to hit the window with force, the glazing would hold in place, much like a car windscreen, until you're able to get it fixed. For easy cleaning of the external pane, the openable roof window can also rotate 180 degrees and locks securely in position.
