This VELUX GPU UK08 0070 134 x 140cm Maintenance Free Window is a top-hung roof window with a white polyurethane internal finish. Easy to install and operate, top hung windows hold the ability to dramatically improve a room; they're open outwards to effectively let in natural light and ventilate your space. These modern VELUX windows are also impressively easy to maintain. With a durable paint coating and anti-fungal wood treatment, they are much lower maintenance than pine-finish roof windows.
This window doesn't just look the part; with the no.70 Made for Comfort glazing, you can expect rain noise reduction, laminated safety glass and protection from UV rays, making it ideal for above-head installation. The window is also designed with extra-strength glass and an inner laminated pane, which helps to protect against damage. For example, if an object was to hit the window with force, the glazing holds in place until it can be repaired fully. The roof window is cleverly designed for easy cleaning, with the ability to rotate 180° and lock securely in position.
