This 2in1 roof window comes with one fixed and one openable roof window, letting in more daylight, views and space to transform your room. This window also includes an integrated rain sensor, meaning the skylight will close automatically at the first sign of inclement weather.

Easy to install and operate, these centre-pivot roof window have a water-based, bright white finish and discreet wood grain features. They're one of the best ways to add natural light, ventilation and a feeling of openness to your under roof spaces, however, they're also great for rooms with low ceilings or where you'd like a better view of the surroundings below. Maintenance Instructions

• To clean the outer glass surface from the inside, rotate sash and secure in cleaning position with barrel bolts. The fixed sash can be cleaned outside by opening the openable window
