This VELUX GGLS 206630 Solar-powered 2-in-1 Centre Pivot Roof Window features a solar-powered design, delivering all of the benefits of a motorised window without the wires. This 2in1 roof window comes with one fixed and one openable roof window, letting in more daylight, views and space to transform your room. This window also includes an integrated rain sensor, meaning the skylight will close automatically at the first sign of inclement weather.

Easy to install and operate, these centre-pivot roof windows have a water-based, bright white finish and discreet wood grain features. They're one of the best ways to add natural light, ventilation and a feeling of openness to your under roof spaces, however, they're also great for rooms with low ceilings or where you'd like a better view of the surroundings below. These modern VELUX windows are also impressively easy to maintain thanks to their durable paint coating and anti-fungal wood treatment, making them much lower maintenance than pine-finish roof windows.

However, this window doesn't just look the part; with 66SG glazing, you can expect rain noise reduction, laminated safety glass, protection from UV rays and easy maintenance thanks to the anti-dew and dirt-repellent coating. The window is also designed with an inner, laminated pane so that if an object was to hit the window with force, the glazing would hold in place, much like a car windscreen, until you're able to get it fixed. For easy cleaning of the external pane, the openable roof window can also rotate 180 degrees and locks securely in position.

Maintenance Instructions

• To clean the outer glass surface from the inside, rotate sash and secure in cleaning position with barrel bolts. The fixed sash can be cleaned outside by opening the openable window
