T-Build 6mm Seville Oak Click Luxury Vinyl Flooring

The T-Build 6mm Seville Oak Click Luxury Vinyl Flooring brings the warmth of natural beige oak into modern UK homes, in a generous 182 x 1220mm wide-plank format. Soft, honey-edged colouring runs through each plank, layered with finely drawn natural grain and a deep-embossed surface that reads as genuinely tactile underfoot — a versatile finish that flatters classic kitchens, contemporary bathrooms and open-plan living spaces equally well.

The construction is built for the rigours of everyday life. A rigid 4.5mm stone-polymer composite (SPC) core resists the swelling, warping and movement that timber and laminate cannot, while a 0.5mm deep-embossed wear layer absorbs scuffs, scratches and the daily traffic of family use. A 1.5mm IXPE acoustic underlay is bonded directly to the underside of every plank, delivering 22dB integrated sound reduction with no separate underlay purchase required.

The 5G Välinge click locking system makes for a fast, glue-free installation suitable for both DIY fitters and professional installers. Planks lay flat over most existing hard, level subfloors, the floor is 100% waterproof through every layer, and it's compatible with underfloor heating up to a 27°C surface temperature. Each pack covers 1.776m².

Also available in a herringbone format — see Herringbone 6mm Seville Oak Click Luxury Vinyl Flooring.
