This Sandtex Stabilising Solution Water Based 5L is a highly penetrative product which is suitable for most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grading building boards. It is ready to use and must not be thinned or mixed with decorating materials. It is used to allow for greater adhesion for masonry paints. This water-borne Stabilising Solution can be touch-dry in 1 hour under normal conditions and recoatable after 4 hours. Coverage is usually 6-10m² but will depend on the texture of the surface and is easy to apply.
