Crown 20 x 140mm Rustic Oak T&G Solid Wood Flooring UV Hardwax Oiled

This 20mm solid oak floor shows the beautiful character and grain figuring of European oak in a plank format. The 7mm sandable depth provides a longer lifespan than most other solid wood flooring products. This rustic oak floor is smooth in finish and has been prefinished with several coats of highly durable Osmo UV Hardwax Oil. Sold in packs of 1.26 m².

Installation:
Please ensure this flooring is installed by an experienced floor fitter or other competent professional.

• It is necessary to leave gaps of 15mm for the expansion in all parts of the structure i.e. walls, doorframes, stairs, around pipes.
• Can be laid directly over joists
• Full glue down or nail down for a solid, well secured feel
• Not suitable for floating over underlay
• Not suitable for underfloor heating or use in bathrooms and wetrooms
• Natural wood products need to be acclimatised before installation as per the manufacturer's guidelines

Manufacturing Tolerance
Solid hardwood floors are a natural product and as such are subject to many variances in colour and character in each individual piece of flooring, we always therefore recommend you work from 3-4 packs of flooring at a time in order to get the best natural colour mix. As such a tolerance of 5% should be allowed for the deselection of any material deemed unsuitable for installation. All sub floors must be prepared for installation in accordance with normal sub floor preparation procedures and accepted tolerances within the flooring industry.
