Product Information

Rockwool's Firestop compound is used to provide a fire resisting seal around service penetrations through all fire rated walls and floors for up to 6 hours. When reinforced, this compound offers masonry and concrete walls or floors with up to 360mins of protection for both integrity and insulation, and when un-reinforced it offers up to 240mins of protection. Firestop Compound is very easy to use, due to its formulated gypsum-based compound, making it perfect for cable pipe and duct penetrations.
