This VEGAS LED Strip Recessed Aluminium Extrusion is a low profile, recessed extrusion built with a push-on PC (polycarbonate) diffuser. Renowned for its durable, resistant nature, this PC extrusion helps to scatter and soften the direct light emitted by LED strips, creating a more uniform and aesthetically pleasing illumination. In addition to light diffusion, this extrusion offers a layer of much-needed protection against dust, dirt and physical impact, helping to extend the lifespan of your LEDs.
A recessed extrusion is designed to be installed within a surface, such as a wall, ceiling, or floor. It is typically mounted inside a groove or channel that is cut into the surface, so the extrusion and LED strip are hidden from view, providing a clean and seamless appearance. This extrusion is also quick and easy to install thanks to its 'push-on' design, which enables it to fit snugly onto the LED strip profile or fixture, securely holding it in place without the need for additional fasteners. It comes supplied in 2m lengths and is complete with end caps.
