Before laying your Quick-Step floor, you must install an underlay. A good underlay provides the stable foundation that your quality floor deserves and also insulates against sound and moisture.

Quick-Step Basic Plus Underlay has a 3 layer structure offering improved sound-absorption, moisture protection and a self-levelling function. This 2mm thick underlay has refined and combined the most vital features of a laminate flooring underlay in one product, at an excellent value. Quick-Step Basic Plus Underlay reduces the impact and reflection sound, it levels out minor unevenness in the subfloor and its built-in damp proof membrane protects the laminate floor from rising moisture. This underlay is supplied in 15m2 rolls and is compatible with underfloor heating.
