Plascrete White Sanitary Kitchen and Bathroom Silicone 310ml provides excellent protection from mould in areas of high humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. This sanitary formulated silicone creates a watertight, flexible seal in joints around baths, basins, showers, sinks and sanitary ware, ensuring long-lasting waterproof and mould-resistant protection.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before applying the product. Adhesion tests before application are recommended
• Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle, cut to the required size
• Using a skeleton gun, apply the sealant into the joint/gap ensuring a good, solid fill
• For use in deep joints, reduce the joint depth to 50% of the joint’s width by using an expanding foam filler or a joint backer rod before applying the sealant
• Tool using a spatula or stick with neutral soapy water within 5 minutes of application
• For sealing around baths, fill the bath half full of water to provide a mid-point for joint movement. Empty when the sealant is fully cured
• This silicone is not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
• This product is not suitable for application on concrete, marble, lead, copper and galvanised steel
