Plascrete Multipurpose Silicone White 310ml is a fast-curing silicone, specially crafted for general purpose use on various building and household applications. This versatile silicone is water-resistant, UV-resistant and moisture-resistant and cures under the influence of humidity to form a durable, elastic rubber seal. The sealant is perfect for applications such as top sealing in glazing, perimeter sealing of surfaces and numerous other uses.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before using the product. Adhesion tests before application are recommended
• Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle, cut to the required size
• Using a skeleton gun, apply the sealant into the joint/gap, ensuring a good, solid fill
• For use in deep joints, reduce the joint depth to 50% of the joint’s width by using an expanding foam filler or a joint backer rod before applying the sealant
• Tool using a spatula or stick with neutral soapy water within 5 minutes of application
• For sealing around baths, fill the bath half full of water to provide a mid-point for joint movement and empty when the sealant is fully cured
• Please note, this product is not suitable for application in PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, neoprene and bituminous surfaces
• Not suitable for application on concrete, marble, lead, copper and galvanised steel
• Discolouration of this product may occur in dark areas or in contact with chemicals
• This product is not paintable

Storage Instructions

• Store the product in its original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area
• Protect from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition
• Protect from moisture or potential causes of moisture
• Store between temperatures of +10°C to +35°C
• This product’s shelf life is 18 months
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not freeze
