The PlasCrete Multipurpose Silicone White 310ml is a fast-curing silicone, specially crafted for general purpose use on various building and household applications. This versatile silicone is water-resistant, UV-resistant and moisture-resistant and cures under the influence of humidity to form a durable, elastic rubber seal. The sealant is perfect for applications such as top sealing in glazing, perimeter sealing of surfaces and numerous other uses.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before using the product. Adhesion tests before application are recommended
2. Cut the cartridge seal and screw on the nozzle, cut to the required size
3. Using sealant gun, apply the sealant into the joint/gap, ensuring a good, solid fill
4. For use in deep joints, reduce the joint depth to 50% of the joint’s width by using an expanding foam filler or a joint backer rod before applying the sealant
5. Tool using a spatula or stick with neutral soapy water within 5 minutes of application
6. For sealing around baths, fill the bath half full of water to provide a mid-point for joint movement and empty when the sealant is fully cured
7. Please note, this product is not suitable for application in PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, neoprene and bituminous surfaces
8. Not suitable for application on concrete, marble, lead, copper and galvanised steel
9. Discolouration of this product may occur in dark areas or in contact with chemicals
10. This product is not paintable

Storage Instructions

• Store the product in its original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area
• Protect from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition
• Protect from moisture or potential causes of moisture
• Store between temperatures of +10°C to +35°C
• This product’s shelf life is 18 months
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not freeze
