Plascrete Hand Held Expanding Foam Filler 750ml is a brilliant one-shot polyurethane foam designed for general construction and home improvement uses. Expanding up to 30 times its original size, the foam cures readily when in contact with humidity in the air and building materials. This foam filler ensures a simple application in filling joints and cavities while also providing high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease and loose materials before applying the foam
• Moisten surfaces slightly before use to improve the foam’s adhesion
• Shake the can at least 30 times before use
• Remove the can’s cap and screw the applicator firmly onto the valve
• Turn the can upside down and press the applicator to begin applying the foam
• Half fill the cavity and spray lightly with water, allow the foam to expand to fill the rest
• This foam is not suitable for use on silicone, PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE and soft plastic surfaces
• This product is not UV resistant; apply a sealant or render to the product within 7 days of application if exposed to sunlight
• Avoid applying this product in areas with a permanent water load or in cavities with insufficient moisture
• Only use in temperatures between +5°C to +35°C

Storage Instructions

• Store the can upright in a cool, dry area between temperatures of +5 to +25°C
• Keep away from open flame and sources of ignition
