Plascrete Gun Grade PU Expanding Foam Filler 750ml is a high-quality polyurethane foam designed for multiple general construction and home improvement uses. The foam can expand up to 30 times its original size and cures easily under the influence of humidity, both in the air and surrounding building materials. This foam is ideal for filling joints and cavities, while also providing superb thermal and acoustic insulation.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust, grease and loose materials before applying the foam
• Moisten the surfaces slightly to improve the foam’s adhesion
• Hold the can upright and attach it to an applicator gun, ensuring the threads are lined up properly
• Shake the can at least 30 times before use
• Turn the can upside down before applying the foam
• Half fill the cavity and spray lightly with water, allow the foam to expand to fill the rest
• To regulate the flow of the foam, loosen the valve on the back of the handle
• This foam is not suitable for use on silicone, PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE and soft plastic surfaces
• The product is not UV resistant; apply a sealant or render to the product within 7 days of application if exposed to sunlight
• Reusable within 2 weeks of its initial opening if the gun and container are securely closed after use
• Avoid application of this product in areas with a permanent water load or in cavities with insufficient moisture
• Only use in temperatures between +5°C to +35°C

Storage Instructions

• Store the can upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area between temperatures of +5 to +25°C
• Keep away from open flame and sources of ignition
• Protect from sources of moisture
• Keep away from children
• The product's shelf life is up to 18 months from its production date
