The Metpost Flush Fitting Bolt Down is ideal where circumstances dictate that a post should be fixed against a flush surface, or alternatively mounted onto a wall. It is particularly suitable for patio fencing, decking, pergolas, car ports and for fixing timber fencing to walls. The Flush Fitting Bolt Down is available to fit 75mm( 3'') and 100mm ( 4'') timber posts in both Wedge Grip and System 2 fixings.

Application
To install, use the Bolt Down as a template to mark holes for drilling then secure to the concrete using four M8 x 10 wall bolts or M8 x 10 Thunder Bolts. Bolt to the top of a wall to attach a fence, bolt flush against a vertical wall to support patio fencing, pergola or a carport. It can also be bolted to the edge of a deck to support decking balustrade rails. This is wedge grip which holds each post in a vice like grip without the need for nails or screws, and is the ideal solution for erecting wooden fences of all types. It will support timber widths varying by as much as 4mm.
