Product Information
This Marley Plain Eaves Top Tile is for building traditional eaves and top course fittings. The tile comes in a smooth grey colour and should be fitted using plain tiles as an under course.
Eaves tiles form the bottom part of roofs, providing waterproofing, weather resistance and support to the first course of main roof tiles. This section of the roof also ensures rainwater runs off into the gutter.

Installation Instructions
- Eaves are built with a double course
- The eaves course should be supported with a fascia board or tiling fillet
- An allowance should be made for strip ventilators fitted to the top of the fascia when calculating the pitch of the eaves course
- The bottom courses must overhang into the gutter by 50mm
