Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a fibre reinforced self levelling compound designed for use in the refurbishment of existing floors in both commercial and domestic applications. Suitable for hand or pump applied interior levelling, smoothing and removing differences in thickness on new or existing floors.

Surface Preparation
The substrate should be solid, free from dust, loose particles, paint, oil, gypsum residues or other substances that might compromise the bond. Timber substrates should be clean and solidly fixed.

Consumption
Approximately 6m² at a 3mm thickness.
