Product Information
Mapei Topcem is a cement replacement binder for creating fast-drying, shrinkage-controlled screeds. Suitable for interior and exterior applications, Topcem can be used to create bonded, unbonded, floating, and heated screeds on new or existing substrates. Once mixed with graded aggregate and water, it delivers exceptional mechanical strength and allows for ceramic tile installation within 24 hours, stone materials after 2 days, and resilient or wooden flooring after just 4 days. This drastically reduces on-site downtime, so you can get the job done quicker. Topcem is supplied in a 20kg bag.

- Use only BS EN 13139 0/8 graded aggregates and avoid fine sand only mixes
- Do not exceed the water content or remix once setting has begun
