Leyland Trade Trugard Smooth Masonry Magnolia 5L provides a smooth durable coating that protects and maintains all exterior masonry surfaces around your home or workspace. The paint’s unique properties make it the ultimate protection for your surfaces, while maintaining their original finishes. Its anti- carbonation properties protects the masonry from deterioration from carbon dioxide ingress. The product’s special design makes the paint resistant to dirt, weathering and showers within an hour of application. Ideal for use on concrete, cement rendering, brickwork, and blockwork and stone.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean, dry and free from grease
• Chalky surfaces must be scrapped and primed before use (test to ensure non glossy surface is produced)
• Treat any mold or lichen with a sterilization wash before painting
• Remove any lime wash or distemper completely before painting
• Paint can be applied directly over bare or previously painted surfaces
• Stir well before use, do not thin unless being used on absorbent surface
• Apply two full coats, allowing 4-6 hours of drying time in between
• Paint is suitable to be applied by brush, roller, conventional or airless spray,
• Do not apply in temperatures under 10˚C or in damp conditions

Storage Instructions

• Open containers must be carefully resealed and kept upright to avoid leakage
• Store in dry, cool and well ventilated areas in original container
• Store between temperatures of 5-25˚C
• Keep away from children
