Leyland Trade Fast Drying Water Based Undercoat Brilliant White 750ml, is specially designed to make Leyland Trade’s Fast Drying Gloss and Satin, the most efficient and stylish finishes for your wood and metal surfaces. This product acts especially for each surface, as an undercoat for primed metal and a combined undercoat and primer for wooden surfaces. With its high opacity properties, the undercoat effectively hides imperfections in surfaces, while its water based properties provide an excellent flow, a low odour and a simple, quick application. This product is ideal for preparing your surfaces to ensure a non- yellowing, smooth finish everytime.

Application Instructions

• Ensure the surface to be painted is sound, clean and dry before use
• Rub down bare timber surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper to remove sharp edges and raised grain
• For previous gloss painted surfaces, rub surfaces with fine, waterproof abrasive paper
• Prime where required (metal surfaces) with an appropriate primer
• When applying, stir well before use
• For best results, apply liberally and firmly with a brush or roller for a smooth finish
• Wait 1-2 hours before applying a second coat if required
• Do not apply paint in surface and air temperatures below 10 ˚C or if rain is imminent
• Please note, low temperature or high humidity conditions can prolong the drying times recommended

Storage Instructions

• Open containers must be carefully resealed and kept upright to avoid leakage
• Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area in the original container
• Store between temperatures of 5-25˚C, protect from frost and higher temperatures
• Keep away from children
