Product Information
K Rend Silicone Sterling White Render is a cement-based water-repellent and polymer-modified self-coloured render. K Rend silicone render is manufactured specifically with a water-repellent agent that prevents water penetration, algae growth, lime bloom, and dirt and at the same time maintains an attractive and low-maintenance textured finish.

- Coverage: One coat coverage requires, 20-24Kg per m2 for nominal thickness 10-12mm thickness
- Capillary water absorption category: W2

- Recommended thickness: 18mm
- First coat thickness: 6-8mm
- Second coat thickness: 12-14mm
Application Instructions
- One coat can be applied directly onto blockwork and to avoid 'ghosting', should be finished to a minimum of 16mm
- Apply to a recommended thickness of 18mm in two coats
- Once set, 2mm is scraped off to achieve a thickness of 16mm
- Can be used in a two-coat application with a K Rend Base Coat
- Achieve line level by utilising a darby or a straight edge
- Hollows should be filled in immediately to avoid skin forming
