This K Rend Base Coat HP12 is a high-quality polymer-modified base coat designed to prepare external walls for a decorative render finish. Supplied in a pallet of 40 x 25kg bags, it provides a strong, flexible, and breathable undercoat that improves adhesion on challenging surfaces such as block work, stone, and render carrier boards. It is suitable for use as a stipple or scud coat and forms a reliable foundation for all K Rend topcoat finishes.
