The Everbuild AC95 Intumescent Acoustic Sealant and Adhesive White 900ml is specially designed to be fire-rated for sealing and bonding plasterboard and insulation boards. Its water-based, solvent-free formula makes it super easy to apply and clean up. This sealant and adhesive has a high grab and a strong hold to effectively reduce the escape of sound for a quieter and more comfortable home.

Application Instructions

1. Fit the cartridge into a mastic gun and cut the nozzle to the required length
2. Use as a sealant: When applying to a gap, be sure to overfill it slightly. Finish with a filler knife or caulking tool and clean excess within 30 minutes of application
3. Use as an adhesive for large surfaces: Cut the nozzle to account for a bead size of 9-10mm in diameter. Pierce the inner membrane and then apply a continuous bead to the rear face of the object at 250-350mm centres. Press the object to the surface and allow it to fully cure
