This Elite XL Ankara Oak 12mm Water Resistant Laminate Flooring is strong, hard-wearing, and environmentally sustainable. It has an AC5 rating, making it highly durable and suitable for commercial installations. This premium flooring features an authentic wood look with a matte finish and tactile texture, perfectly capturing the natural elegance of dark oak. Hardwearing and sustainably sourced, it utilises the Uniclic® system for quick and easy fitting. This product comes supplied in a box of 8 planks, each one 12mm thick, 195mm wide and 1202mm long, covering in total 1.875 m2 per box.
