This 18.9L Cromar Hydrosoil Pro Grade Silicone Roof Coating is a high-performance, solvent-based premium silicone coating. It has been carefully formulated to provide direct bond adhesion as either a restoration or maintenance coating over common roof substrates and membranes.

This single-component coating forms a durable barrier that is vapour-permeable, watertight and weatherproof, which work together to provide long-term resistance to degradation from natural weathering, i.e. temperature extremes, UV, snow and rain. Plus, this moisture-applied formula dries to a grey finish, which ensures roof surfaces are kept cooler to help prevent thermal shock and extend the lifespan of your roof.

Storage

• Keep locked up in a cool, well-ventilated place
• Keep out of direct sunlight and protect from extreme temperatures
• Can be stored in unheated warehouses during the cooler months without the risk of freezing
• 18 months shelf-life from date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened containers between 1 and 23°C
