The Cromar Bitumen Primer is a low viscosity bituminous solution designed to priming porous materials. This high-penetration primer prepares surfaces for bituminous waterproofing systems and sheet coverings and improves the quality of adhesion.

Application Instructions

1. All surfaces must be free from oil, dirt, dust and loose debris
2. On metal surfaces, all loose rust should be removed with a wire brush and any advanced signs of corrosion should be treated with a rust inhibitor
3. Apply evenly with a brush or airless spray, making sure to avoid any pooling
4. Leave to dry fully before applying paint or sheet coverings
5. Clean up any tools or small spills with white spirit
