We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our growing Digital Department.
The main roles and responsibilities include:
- Optimising new and existing product content with best practices.
- Produce informative and engaging ‘how to guides’ across various categories.
- Learn and implement SEO best practices into your content and overall work.
- Enhance all aspects of product enrichment including imagery, attachments, and product attributes.
- Copywriting unique, engaging and informative product descriptions.
- Work closely with various teams and stakeholders when applicable to be given guidance and support.
- Use marketing and analytics tools to help monitor the success of your work and help optimise your time and priorities.
- General ad-hoc copywriting on the website where needed.
- Strong attention to detail to spot and correct web content that will enhance user experience.
- Provide regular communication and guidance to 3rd party suppliers that are managing their own content and product listings on the site.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in relevant subject is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong command of English (both written and oral).
- Talent and passion for copywriting and proofreading.
- Proactive and flexible attitude with excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Keen interest in digital marketing, SEO and self-studying.
- Possess a passion to improving efficiencies and enhancing user experience.
- Strong experience of using excel to an intermediate level.
