Primacell uPVC Hollow Soffit Board roofline profile has been manufactured from cellular PVC-u (un-plasticised expanded cellular polyvinyl chloride) foam and contains no CFC's (chlorofluorocarbons) or lead, so is completely non-hazardous to health. Our range of Primacell soffit profiles, offers a timeless look to any property, while providing a maintenance free gap closer, which prevents damp, rot and pests and can be fitted with effective ventillators. It is resistant to all types of weather conditions making it the ideal solution for both new build and replacement projects.
