Speed Pro Single sided tooth plate connectors for improving bolt performance in timber to timber and timber to steel application. Timber Connectors are easily installed devices for improving the efficiency of timber structures. Speed Pro tooth plates increase the joint strength, reduce the size of members required for a given load, and simplify fabrication and erection. The use of tooth plate in timber structures can make it possible to develop the full allowable load of the members connected and in some circumstances, make a joint stronger than the members themselves.

Application
Speed Pro tooth plate connectors are used in laterally loaded timber frames. Speed Pro tooth plate connectors are simply pushed into the timber that needs to be connected, the bolt hole need to be pre-drilled and then using bolts and washers the members are tightened together. The Speed Pro tooth plate connectors come in single sided or double sided, the single sided tooth plate can be used for connecting timber to steel frame where as double sided tooth plate is used to connect timber to timber.
