Product Information
This 50mm Ablative Coated Batt is comprised of a high-density stone wool core and is pre-coated on both sides with a high-performing ablative coating to create an effective fire-stopping solution. It has been designed specifically for use in service penetrations, head of walls and other void seals. Lightweight and simple to install, this product has been tested for air tightness and with dampers to provide an additional smoke and acoustic seal that can work for multiple substrates, such as solid walls and floors and flexible walls.
Applications for this product include: Solid walls / floors / flexible walls, multi-service penetrations, head of wall, blank seals, face-fixed applications, large-framed service voids.
