DECKfon Quattro 39 is an acoustic structural treatment designed for the direct laying on timber floor joists in a refurbishment application. Being a multifaceted floor system, the product consists of four layers, which are a decoupling acoustic fleece, 18 mm thick P5 chipboard, high density sheet and a 15 mm resilient open-cell layer, made from recyclable flexible polyurethane. All of this helps for effective sound reduction. When DECKfon Quattro 39 is installed the existing ceiling does not need to be replaced.
