This Speed Pro 250mm General Purpose Wall Tie connects two leaves of a cavity wall to enhance structural stability and prevent moisture transfer. The Type 2 wall tie is suitable for buildings up to 15m in height.

Installation Instructions
- Cavity wall ties should be fitted at a minimum density of 2.5 ties per m², usually spaced 900mm horizontally and 450mm vertically, with a staggered layout for even support. Around openings and unbonded edges, use extra ties every 300mm in height (often aligning with 225mm block courses). Always refer to current building regulations to confirm compliance for your project
