ScreedBoard 20 is the ultimate floor board for under floor heating and sound reduction. It is a dry screed board with the lowest thermal resistance when compared to the most commonly used floor finishes, allowing ground water heat pumps and heat recovery systems to work at their most efficient. When installed as an acoustic system on a separating floor the board helps achieve compliance with Part E sound proofing regulations and is Robust detail compliant*. ScreedBoard 20 floorboards accept direct application of various floor finishes including ceramic tiles, feature easy to install interlocking edges, and doesn't contract or expand when exposed to water.
