Our MDF square edge skirting board is supplied pre-primed & ready to be installed. MDF skirting board is resistant to twisting, warping and splitting and is free from natural defects. MDF skirting board hides un-tidy surfaces between walls and floors, at the same protecting the wall from direct knocks.

MDF is made from recycled offcuts, sawdust, wood chippings and from trees not suitable for other uses. Different manufactures list how much recycled material goes in to their products. MDF is considered a green product and environmentally friendly.
Safety
Correct PPE should always be used when using MDF, its harmful fibres are known to cause health issues so the use of goggles and dust masks are recommended. A respirator with a P2 Filter rating should be considered compared to a disposable dusk mask. It is recommended that any cutting is undertaken in a well-ventilated area.
