This British Gypsum 12.5mm Glasroc F Multiboard is a durable, non-combustible plasterboard reinforced with glass, offering great fire, impact, and moisture resistance. Ideal for partitions, ceilings, and curved areas, it's suitable for indoor and semi-exposed spaces like eaves. The smooth, paper-free surface makes it easy to decorate, while its strong build ensures lasting performance. The board comes in a 2400mm x 1200 x 12.5mm size.

Installation Instructions
- Before starting, make sure the thermal insulation and ventilation meet Building Regulations to help reduce condensation, especially during refurbishment
- To cut the plasterboard, use a saw or score with a knife, then snap the board over a straight edge. For cutting socket holes, use a utility saw for precision
- When fixing the plasterboard, position the fixings at least 13mm from the edges to prevent damage. Stagger the joints by 600mm for added stability, and ensure the decorative side is facing outwards
- Begin finishing immediately after fixing to prevent damage. Use jointing products that comply with EN13963 to achieve a professional finish
- Once the plasterboard is installed, apply a full-surface finish using plaster that meets EN13279-1 standards to create a smooth, even surface
- Wait until the finishing system is completely dry before starting any decorating, whether painting or wallpapering
