This Timloc Clear Invisiweep Cavity Wall Vent (10 x 65mm) is a discreet, almost invisible wall weep designed to discharge water from external cavity walls. Suitable for use with cavity tray systems, over external lintels, and on masonry walls, it features a venturi-effect outlet that reduces water pressure for efficient drainage whilst minimising visibility, helping maintain both the performance and appearance of the building façade.

Installation Instructions

1. Install the Invisiweep in a vertical mortar joint wherever water needs to drain from the cavity, such as above lintels or cavity trays
2. Position the Invisiweep directly on top of the cavity tray, DPC, or the front edge of the lintel to allow effective drainage
3. Fit the Invisiweeps evenly every 450mm, using at least two above each opening and one at every cavity tray stop end, in line with NHBC recommendations
4. Ensure the Invisiweep remains clear of mortar during installation, particularly on the cavity side, to prevent blockages
5. For wide walls or rendered finishes, insert an extension tube into the Invisiweep and cut it to the required length on site
