We are pleased to offer Click & Collect at our New Southgate branch, and it is now available at our Acton store too. On eligible product pages you will see an option to select Collect instead of delivery.
How Click & Collect Works
From placing your order online to picking it up at your chosen branch in four simple steps.
Choose Click & Collect
On eligible products, select the Collect option on the product page and add the items to your basket.
Select Your Collection Slot
In the checkout, choose a convenient collection date at your chosen branch, up to 7 days in advance.
We Prepare Your Order
Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation straight away. We will then send you a text message and email when your order is ready for collection.
Collect Your Order
When your order is ready, it will be available for collection either from the car park or the in-store Click & Collect point, depending on the size and type of items in your order.

Two Ways to Collect
We recommend planning ahead and arriving with a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of your order.
Car Park Collection
For car park collection, simply stay in your vehicle while our team brings your order out and loads it for you, no queues, no waiting, just in and out in 10 minutes.
- Drive to your chosen New Southgate or Acton car park.
- Click the link in your ready-for-collection text message and fill in your details once you arrive.
- Our team will bring your goods out to your vehicle.
In-Store Collection
For in-store collection, collect your order from the dedicated Click & Collect point inside the branch, where our team will assist you with your goods.
- Once in your chosen New Southgate or Acton branch, proceed to the Click & Collect collection point.
- On the tablet screen, input your order number to check in.
- A member of the team will come to assist you.
