    • I need
40 bags K Rend 25Kg UF Fibre Base Render Coat by tomoorow morning is this possible?

Is this the correct top coat,K Rend 25Kg Silicone FT Textured White Render Coat? White and fine texture? What amount 40sq/m?

    • The coverage on this is 1.8kg/per mm thick/per m2, and the recommended thickness is 8-10mm, so you would get 1.39m2 coverage per bag. The FT Textured White is the correct top coat if applying by hand, normally it would be put on 10mm thick, and the coverage is approx 1m2 per bag. Once dry, dry enough that you won’t be able to push your thumb into it, but can push your fingernail into it, it is scrapped using a nailable float in a circular movement, taking off approx 2mm of this top coat. The end result is the fine textured finish.
