This site has been designed to function best using IE 5 upwards and at a screen resolution of no less than 800 x 600. This website has been tested on the following browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 upwards
- Netscape Communicator Netscape 6 upwards
A browser detect feature has been added to the site so that those users attempting to access the site with earlier versions of these browsers will be provided with information and links to enable them to download the latest browsers and improve their experience of the site.
Making the pages easier to read
If you wish to increase the size of fonts on this and other sites, use the following instructions for popular web browsers.

| Internet Explorer 5.x and above |
You can standardise the use of fonts by opening the Tools menu, selecting the Internet Options option. Make sure you are in the General Tab of the Internet Options dialog box. Click the button titled Accessibility. Select the options titled Ignore font styles on Web pages and Ignore font sizes on Web pages.
Once you have done this you will be able to resize text by opening the View menu, selecting the Text size option, and selecting the font size you wish to use. |
